Studio 38 - Artist - imogen Peers



	BIOGRAPHY Imogen graduated from sheffield polytechnic in 1989.Since then she has been working as a scenic artist in both the commercial and private sector. In 2004 she set up studio 38 with her work colleauge David Fanning.		STATEMENT "Always fascinated with the lush flowers on 1970s chocolate boxes, I have started to produce paintings that place this traditional still life on rich velvety backgrounds, some with traces of a linear interior. My interest is in the juxtaposition of the conventional with today’s modern decor."
